Adding Icons to Desktop
To do this you must either have Make Rox-desktop Permanent or run the Rox-pinboard from the fluxbox menu - WM's>Rox>Pinboard. Default puts a home folder on the top-left of the screen and icons linking to browser, terminal, editor etc.
To add icons linking to devices, applications, folders and files to the desktop simply drag and drop from within rox-filer (files in menu).
Devices: eg cdrom and floppy.
Open rox-filer and navigate and open the 'media' folder. Left-click on the device and drag and drop to where you want on the screen.
Open rox-filer and navigate and open the '/usr/share/applications' folder. Left-click on the app (if there is a symlink one, choose this) and drag and drop to where you want on the screen.
Folders and files: The same as above.
